Mike Murray
Mike is a twenty-year
veteran of business, with experience in a wide variety
of industries and success in different management
responsibilities.
He completed a very successful
career with the U.S. Government in various venues,
after serving in management positions that required
skills from personnel management to inventory control.
In Mikes final years
with the government he was appointed a consultant to
various organizations charged with resolving challenges
on a local and national level. He was recognized for
his valuable service with several national awards for
achievement.
Since his retirement he
has enjoyed a successful career in the commercial real
estate industry, being actively involved with the sale,
leasing, management or development of hundreds of millions
of dollars of properties in the past five years. Mike
developed a special ability to structure real estate
transactions with particular care to marketing, although
his experiences runs from taxation issues to multi-tiered
deals requiring serious negotiations.
Mike joined Carolina Equipment
and Supply, a Charleston, S.C. based firm where he
developed and implemented a strategic marketing plan
for an international launch of existing products, plus
the development and introduction of new products, both
industrial and retail. His skills in new product development
include packaging, marketing and advertising, and distribution.
Mike takes a very logical approach to overcoming challenges,
and is adept at managing the implementation process.
Mikes experiences
in include JIT delivery, management, inventory control,
product component sourcing. He has worked extensively
with small businesses or startups, and is familiar
with the demands of working with limited resources.

their fields. He enjoys a reputation as an experienced
professional able to help small and medium size business
owners and managers, with a talent for solving complex
